Course overview
Due to the inherent risks associated with working at height and in depth, it is essential to define safety procedures, apply specific techniques, comply with established rules and adopt appropriate working behaviors. This course brings together essential content aimed at improving these procedures, contributing to accident reduction and improved productivity. The training is intended for workers who, in the scope of their duties, need to access temporary or fixed structures above 2 meters (such as scaffolding, ladders, platforms or roofs) or perform support and rescue activities using ropes, lifelines or anchoring and positioning systems. The course has a predominantly practical approach, with simulated exercises designed to reflect real working conditions.
